Effective date: 03/18/2026 Tuayro (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

1) What we collect

Your car photos, modification preferences, tuning designs, and garage history are stored locally on your device. The app requests camera permission to photograph your vehicle, optional Photo Library permission to import or save your designs, and optional notification permission for updates you enable. No account is required, and we do not ask for your name, email, or other personal identifiers.

2) How we use your data

Core features such as image editing, collection management, and modification history run on your device. We use an AI service to process car modifications (such as changing wraps, rims, or scenery). When you request a modification, the specific photo is processed to generate the AI result. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than providing the specific tuning features you request.

3) Data sharing and selling

We do not sell your data. We do not share your photos or personal designs with marketers or unrelated third parties. AI service providers act solely as processors for the images you choose to modify within the app.

4) Data retention

Because your garage data lives on your device, you control retention. Deleting the app removes the local data. If you use device backups such as iCloud, Apple may store encrypted copies according to your system settings.

5) Security

Local data is protected by your device’s passcode and biometrics. AI modification requests are transmitted over secure HTTPS, and we do not attach personal identifiers to these requests.

6) Your choices and controls

You can deny camera, photo, or notification permissions, though certain features may not function without them. You can delete individual car designs or your entire garage history at any time within the app settings.

7) Children’s privacy

Tuayro is not directed to children under 13, or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8) International use

Image processing for AI modifications may occur on servers outside your country. By using the app, you consent to this limited processing for the purposes of generating your requested car designs.

9) Changes to this policy

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, display an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
