Terms & Conditions — Tuayro

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tuayro (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and License
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with these Terms. Subject to your compliance, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial car modification visualization.
2. Account and Access
The App may be used without creating an account. Certain features require enabling device permissions (Camera, Photos). You are responsible for your device and for maintaining the security of any data stored on it.
3. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of the car photos and designs you create with the App (“User Content”). You represent that you own the car in the photo or have the necessary rights to submit the image. By using the AI modification features, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to operate the App’s features and generate the requested modifications as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services, including AI image processing providers like OpenAI and Gemini (Nano Banana), Meta SDK for analytics/advertising, and Apple services for in-app purchases. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service performance or content.
5. No Engineering, Mechanical, or Safety Advice
The App’s modifications—including but not limited to wraps, rims, body kits, and scenery changes—are AI-generated visualizations intended for entertainment and personal reference only. They are not engineering blueprints, mechanical guides, or safety certifications. We do not guarantee that a modification visualized in the App is physically possible, safe, or mechanically sound for your specific vehicle.
6. Legal Compliance for Real-World Modifications
Vehicle modification laws (such as window tint percentage, wheel offset, lighting, and exhaust) vary strictly by jurisdiction. Tuayro does not detect or account for local laws. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of any modification with local authorities or professional installers before attempting to modify a vehicle in the real world.
7. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
a) the accuracy and ownership of User Content you provide;
b) ensuring appropriate lighting and angles for the AI to function correctly;
c) independently verifying all physical specifications before purchasing real-world parts or services;
d) complying with all traffic and vehicle safety laws.
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the App or use the App to generate unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, "Tuning Concierge" branding, code, and all trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
9. Changes and Availability
Features may change or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Continued use of the App after updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
10. Subscriptions and Fees
Tuayro offers premium features via weekly ($4.99) and yearly ($18.00) subscriptions. Fees are disclosed in the App and processed by Apple under Apple Media Services Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via your App Store settings. Unless required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and all AI-generated outputs are provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular tuning project. We make no warranty that the AI results will perfectly match real-world paint colors, materials, or fitment.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages; for any damage caused to a real vehicle during a physical modification inspired by the App; or for legal fines resulting from illegal real-world modifications. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim or USD $25.
13. Indemnification
You will defend and hold us harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law regarding vehicle safety and modification.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease all use of the App.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in your venue, unless local law requires otherwise.

Important Notice: Tuayro is a visualization tool for entertainment purposes. AI-generated car modifications may be inaccurate or physically impossible. Always consult a professional mechanic and verify local laws before performing any physical modifications to a vehicle.
